The Live Stream Production Specialist will be a key member of the Digital Commerce team, contributing to the success of Nestlé’s live selling operations on platforms such as TikTok Shopm Shopee or Lazada. This role focuses on managing livestream production workflows, ensuring seamless content flow, inventory coordination, and internal and external collaboration to deliver engaging and high-performing live selling experiences.
The ideal candidate for this role will demonstrate a strong passion for production and results, possess advanced proficiency in livestreaming tools and production systems, and excel in dynamic, consumer-facing environments. The role also requires the ability to work across various marketing functions and collaborate effectively with internal teams within Nestlé Philippines to ensure seamless execution of live selling initiatives.

Live Selling Studio Operations
As a LiveStream Production Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end execution of live selling episodes, ensuring smooth coordination across production, content and calendar planning, and internal teams. You will play a vital role in delivering high-quality, engaging livestreams that align with campaign goals and viewer expectations.
- Draft and oversee the overall format and content of the livestream episode
- Script or bullet the live selling episode for live seller guidance
- Plan and develop the flow of the livestream
- Develop plan and product lineup based on brand guidance.
- Oversee live seller schedule for the day and week
- Liaise with internal Nestle teams for content elements (e.g., visuals, pricing, promos)
- Ensure technical setup is prepared and working daily (OBS, lighting, audio)
- Monitor live session performance and viewer engagement and report hourly.
- Maintain documentation of live selling activities
- Collaborate with marketing and eCommerce teams to align on campaign goals
- Guide the live seller for key details that need to be communicated.
Logistics and Inventory
- Coordinate with the Brand Team to confirm priority SKUs, promotional mechanics, and product availability for the livestream.
- Ensure a complete and validated product lineup is in place, benchmarked against campaign objectives and inventory status.
General Support:
- Oversee the lineup and scheduling of live sellers to maintain operational readiness
- Provide guidance and troubleshooting support for day-to-day challenges encountered during live sessions
- Monitor live selling activities and recommend process optimizations to enhance performance and efficiency
- Ensure timely updates and feedback loops with key stakeholders to address concerns and implement improvements
- Prepare and submit regular reports including MOR (Monthly Operations Report ) to ensure visibility, alignment on strategic goals and compliance standards across marketplace (eretailers )
