Job Location: Main Office - Winchester, KY 40391

This position requires excellent attendance, workplace behavior, and self-motivation to learn and develop new skills to create cross training opportunities within our production department.
Essential Functions of the Position:
- Operating production line equipment
- Set-up and breakdown of line
- Maintain a clean workstation and production floor
- End of day sanitation
- Other duties as assigned

QualificationsKey Requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- At least 2 years work experience
- Machinery/ equipment operation experience preferred
- HS Diploma/ GED or equivalent
- Ability to work weekends and holidays when required
- Ability to perform continuous standing, grasping, and handling of materials and frequent walking, bending, twisting, stooping, squatting, kneeling, reaching, overhead reaching, lifting, carrying, and handling heavy weight. Also, periodic, and sometimes frequent lifting of 50 and 52 lbs.
- Exposure to warm and cold weather conditions and temperatures
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and comply with PPE requirements
- This is a highly physical position
