About the role
We are seeking a highly motivated and technically skilled Integrated Product Verification (IPV) Technician to join our team. This role plays a critical part in ensuring that our Electronic Warfare (EW) products and systems meet the highest standards of quality, reliability, and operational performance before deployment.
The primary purpose of the IPV Technician is to execute product verification, technical support, and quality assurance activities that ensure products are thoroughly tested, compliant with specifications, reliable in operation, and ready for deployment with zero avoidable field failures. The successful candidate will contribute to product excellence through rigorous testing, fault diagnosis, repair activities, technical support, and continuous improvement initiatives within a high-technology environment.

Key responsibilities
1. Product Verification and Testing
Perform integrated hardware, software and firmware verification testing on products and interconnections to ensure compliance with published specifications, stability standards and operational requirements. The objective is to deliver reliable product performance and achieve zero first-time field start-up failures.
2. Technical Support and Maintenance Services
Provide technical repair, upgrade, maintenance and customer support services across systems and products. This includes diagnosing and resolving technical issues efficiently to sustain operational continuity, improve equipment reliability, reduce downtime and enhance customer satisfaction.
3. Quality, Risk and Compliance Management
Apply quality assurance procedures, Electro-Static Discharge (ESD) protection standards, safety regulations and risk mitigation practices during all IPV and technical activities. This ensures compliance with company policies and legislative requirements while promoting safe operations, reducing operational risks and maintaining consistent product quality.
4. Operational Coordination and Reporting
Coordinate IPV workloads, documentation, reporting and administrative activities in accordance with departmental priorities and company procedures. This supports effective decision-making, workflow efficiency, accurate record-keeping, timely reporting and improved operational performance.
5. Development and Continuous Improvement
Support knowledge sharing, on-the-job training and continuous improvement initiatives within the IPV environment. The focus is on strengthening technical capability, improving process adherence, enhancing team performance and contributing to long-term departmental effectiveness and operational consistency.
