Tellius enables organizations to get faster insights and act upon cloud-scale enterprise data using AI-powered automation. Any user can ask any question across billions of records via a ChatGPT-like interface, understand “why” metrics change via AI insights that surface hidden key drivers and trends, and leverage agentic flows to perform complex multipart analysis easily — in a self-service manner. Job Title Product UI/UX Designer

Location Bangalore

Type Full-Time Experience: 2-3 Years

You’ll work closely with product, engineering, and data teams to design intuitive, clean, and cohesive experiences across the Tellius platform. You’re someone who enjoys building tools with strong data/AI/analytics components. You’ll be responsible for parts of the product that let users visualize data, ask questions, explore insights, and take action. Since the domain is complex (conversational AI + data prep + visualizations + narratives + agents), you’ll need to simplify and make interactions delightful.

Key Responsibilities

• Design user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UIs for analytics and AI features.
• Contribute to and evolve our design system — components, patterns, and style guides.
• Partner with product managers to understand user needs and business goals.
• Collaborate with front-end engineers to ensure designs are well implemented and performant.
• Conduct user testing and research to validate designs and iterate based on feedback.
• Simplify complex data interactions into intuitive, user-friendly experiences.
• Ensure accessibility, responsiveness, and design consistency across the platform.
• Stay current on data visualization, AI, and UX trends to bring fresh ideas to the product.

Qualifications

Must-haves / Required (2-3 yrs experience):

• 2–3 years of experience as a UI/UX/Product Designer (ideally working on data tools, dashboards, analytics, or BI products).
• Strong portfolio showing work on data visualization, interactive dashboards, analytics workflows, or conversational UI (if possible).
• Proficiency in design & prototyping tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar).
• Good understanding of data viz principles: charts, graphs, dashboards, performance & scalability of viz.
• Ability to translate complex analytics/data needs into clean, intuitive UI/UX.
• Experience working in cross-functional teams: product, engineering, and data science.
• Basic awareness of technical constraints (web front-end, React, libraries, or similar), performance, and responsive layouts.
• Strong communication skills; ability to iterate based on feedback.
