Job Description

The role & team

Infovista is looking for a smart, adaptable intern to join our product team for a 6 month internship. If you are interested in working on cutting edge projects with our product team and gaining some real industry experience, then this role is a perfect fit. 40 Hours per week and primarily remote setup.

Reporting to our Strategy & Transformation leader the successful candidate will assist with market analysis, coordinating product operations and developing product marketing materials.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Market Analysis: Perform comprehensive market analysis on a quarterly basis, including:

    • Competitor performance and positioning

    • CSPs (Communications Service Providers) performance and strategic plans

    • Identification of emerging trends

  • Customer & Executive materials: Collaborate with Product Marketing & Strategy to create compelling, high-quality materials, such as:

    • Board of Directors / Shareholders presentations

    • Executive pitch decks

    • Product collaterals

  • Product In-Take Prioritization: Support in the preparation and coordination of product in-take prioritization sessions, as well as other product team meetings

  • Product Blueprint: Support in the preparation and follow up of the product blueprint initiatives

  • Product Management Support: Provide day-to-day operational support to the Product Management team

  • Lead the launch of a certification program for Infovista users & partners as well as university students

Requirements:

  • Education: Degree in Business Administration or Engineering

· Strategic Mindset: Ability to think critically and connect dots across market, customer, and product dimensions

· Detail-Oriented: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in both analysis and execution

· Presentation Skills: Proficiency in PowerPoint with a flair for storytelling and visual design

· Analytical Skills: Advanced level of excel skills, including experience with financial modelling or data analysis

· Team Player: Proactive and willing to contribute as a team member

· Telco Knowledge: Familiarity with the telecommunications sector is a plus
