We are seeking a

experienced Product Manager in Middle East Region who can independently design and execute training programs for the sales teams of general agents or distributors, including but not limited to new product launch training and regular distributor training.

Independently design and execute training programs for the sales teams of general agents or distributors, including but not limited to new product launch training and regular distributor training.

Responsible for developing localized training courseware and materials, combining the training resources provided by headquarters.

I
n charge of training for the general agent or distributor within the management area shall ensure the timely implementation and progress of various training programs.

Monitor the training status of frontline staff in each general agent area in real time to ensure that frontline staff complete the necessary training.
·
possess a strong sense of responsibility, able to proactively identify problems encountered by distributors within their region during operations, and develop corresponding product or sales training plans.
·
At least 5 years of experience in providing product training to automotive dealership sales teams, focusing on the
auto industry.
·
Fluent in Arabic & English at the business level.
·
Obtain deep automotive product Knowledge and with automotive engineering backgrounds are preferred.
·
Strong responsibility, continuous learning ability, and teamwork skills.
·
Bachelor's degree in the related field.
·
Occasional travel for industry events or company meetings may be required.
