General Summary:
Roles and Responsibilities:
oWork on Fuse and Security IP during the whole project phase
§From Pre-Silicon to High Volume Manufacturing phase
oSupport High Volume Manufacturing requirements.
oTriage and debug failures on Silicon.
oSupport Test issues, Failure mode analysis and yield issues analysis related to Fuse IP.
oDevelop test contents and testing strategies to assist on Fuse bring up on silicon.
oWork with other Product Development Test Engineers to solve manufacturing challenges involving Fuse/Security IP
oWork with cross functional team to suggest, enhance, and/or improve future Fuse/Security IP bring ups.
· Minimum Requirements:
oBA/BS degree in CS/EE with 5+ years’ experience.
o5+ Experience in Silicon Validation and bring up.
oKnowledgeable on ATE Platform like Advantest 93K, Teradyne UltraFlex
oExperience with software programming/test method development in Java, C++
· Preferred Requirements:
oStrong understanding of Java programming.
oStrong understanding of Fuse Sense and Programming, and Cryptography concepts in Silicon.
oStrong in root cause analysis fundamentals and attention to details
oExperience in Digital Testing and design verification.
oExperience in Test development for validation of Fuse on Silicon.
oExperience in development of test vectors for tester bring up.
Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Engineering, or related field and 2+ years of Hardware Engineering or related work experience.
OR
Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Engineering, or related field and 1+ year of Hardware Engineering or related work experience.
OR
PhD in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Engineering, or related field.
