Anko Sourcing is the direct sourcing arm for the iconic Australian retail brands, Kmart and Target. Job Accountabilities
1. Factory management
Conduct onsite technical factory audit and provide advice to the factory working out improvement plan for the audit.
Assist factories in developing Corrective Action Plans (CAP) and oversees implementation.
Assesses & improves factory Quality Management Systems.
Seasonal Data analysis for vendors performance based on sample performance, inspection result etc.

2. Product Management
Manage the development of the shoe product category (including QA and PP sample approval) produced in Asia, ensuring timelines, fitting and quality standards are met.
Lead the Risk assessment, Line review meeting and Pre-Production Meeting with follow-up as necessary.
Generate standard testing procedures, coordinate on all testing schedules and results.
Handle customer's complaint and issues. Perform investigations and CAPs as required.
Provide support and technical resources /advice to merchandiser /buyer team concerning supplier corrective actions and approval.
Liaise with Compliance Team and 3rd party for new regulation update about product safety and compliance and organize training to all stakeholders.
Work with the QC team to ensure high-quality and timely delivery of bulk products each season.

Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in technical discipline and background.
Solid knowledge and experience in handling quality aspects of Footwear related products.
Good command of both written and spoken English and Mandarin.
Strong communication with external parties (overseas vendors, factories) and internal teams (merchandiser team and teams in National Office).
Preventive awareness in term of product safety and production consistency.
Experience in retail business sourcing or buying office is preferable.
Experience in collaborating with 3rd party test laboratory is preferable.
Familiar with Australian technical standard requirements, or EU markets.
Strong integrity and professional ethics.
Knowledge in ISO 9000 and factory audit experience is an advantage.
Self-discipline, good team player, self-motivated, open minded.
Frequent travel to China and Southeast Asia countries.
