We are looking for a Product Technologist to develop and implement the appropriate technical standards in innovation and renovation of products and processes in portfolio as driven by business needs.

A day in the life of...

Innovation

  • To implement new products development procedures and guidelines
  • Responsible to manage product, process and packaging innovations for the factory
  • To ensure product compliance by design (quality, food safety & regulatory)
  • To drive change management resulting from New Product Development innovations in factory
  • Manage product development to meet 60/40+ as defined by Business Unit in the brief
  • Responsible to manage technical releases for the factory

Product and Process Mastership

  • To achieve and maintain required technical standards in products (formula & packaging) & processes for all the products in portfolio
  • To provide technical support to manufacturing on troubleshooting and improvement initiatives
  • To drive alternative raw and packaging materials initiatives

Database Management & Technical Documentation

  • Responsible for updating of documents in Product Files for innovation and renovation activities
  • Responsible for management of recipes in GREAT (SAP-RM)
  • Responsible for maintenance of data in GLOBE (ROH, ZPCK, HALB and BOM)

What Will Make You Successful,

  1. Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Food Technology, Food Science, Food Engineering, Chemical Engineering, and relevant Science fields;
  2. 5 years experience in manufacturing / R&D role in food business.

Business Experience:

  • Project management capabilities, with capability to manage project portfolio in several areas competing for resources.
  • Proven track record in delivering results by working with cross-functional teams.
