Location: Edgerton, WI
Salary Range: $18.00/hour to $24.00/hour

ABOUT THE ROLE
The Product Phenolic Labeling Specialist is responsible for managing the end-to-end process of phenolic label production for manufactured products, ensuring alignment with client specifications. This role involves interpreting technical documentation, operating labeling equipment, tracking production timelines, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to meet project deadlines. The coordinator also maintains inventory and ensures equipment readiness through routine care.

  • Interpret client specifications and product nomenclature to ensure accurate labeling.
  • Create and maintain label lists per product line and client requirements.
  • Design and set up templates for phenolic label creation using specialized software.
  • Operate phenolic label-making equipment in accordance with client specifications (including color, size, font, and layout).
  • Perform routine cleaning and non-mechanical maintenance of the phenolic labeling machine to ensure optimal performance.
  • Coordinate label production and packaging by job number for organized delivery and installation.
  • Track deliverable dates and manage label production timelines efficiently.
  • Communicate label production schedules and delivery status to the SPD (Systems Product Development), Project Managers, and Production teams.
  • Monitor inventory of labeling materials and communicate replenishment needs to SPD and PM teams.

ABOUT YOU

  • Knowledge of labeling standards, client specifications, and product nomenclature.
  • Proficiency in specialized label design software and template creation.
  • Skill in operating and maintaining phenolic label-making equipment.
  • Ability to interpret technical documents and accurately translate requirements into label designs.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage label lists, production timelines, and job packaging.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills for cross-functional coordination with project and production teams.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy, quality, and consistency in labeling.
  • Ability to track inventory levels and proactively communicate material needs.
  • Capable of performing routine cleaning and non-mechanical maintenance to ensure equipment reliability.
  • Flexible and adaptable to shifting project priorities and specifications.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Any combination of education and experience that would likely provide the required knowledge, skills and abilities as well as possession of any required licenses or certifications is qualifying.

Education: High School Diploma or GED required.

Experience: Typically requires a minimum of 1-2 years of related experience.
