This role ensures that every product from our OEM partners meets M-KOPA's quality standards before it reaches the market — and throughout its lifecycle. If you're a hands-on technical professional with a sharp eye for detail, strong diagnostic instincts, and experience in electronics QC or product testing, this role is for you.
M-KOPA Mobility provides accessible, affordable electric mobility solutions across emerging markets. We build and partner with OEMs to deliver reliable products at scale, backed by strong quality systems and a commitment to continuous improvement. You'll sit at the intersection of hardware quality, refurbishment operations, and OEM partner management — in a fast-paced environment where your work directly determines what goes to market and what gets caught before it does.
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Nairobi, Kenya. You will be reporting to the Hardware Product Manager – Mobility.
