Job Description

Seeking a self-driven and motivated professional to join as a Product Technician. You will be a part of a Product Engineering team under PSG and sustaining wafer die sales products in Suzhou. This position involves hands-on technical work, data analysis, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure product performance, reliability, and quality meet customer and industry standards.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to:

1. Perform engineering testing, evaluation with physical samples in production line.
2. Use Data Exensio for data extraction, trend analysis, monitoring, and reporting of production or engineering lots.
3. Generate Minitab data plots (e.g. box plot) to support engineering analysis.
4. Perform product characterization (CZ) submissions, including compiling data and summarizing findings.
5. Perform early engineering analysis on the failed units which includes data validation, curve tracing etc.
6. Supporting analysis on engineering data required for customer qualification reports.
7. Manage engineering samples preparation including EBR (Eng Build Request) submission and samples ordering.
8. Participating in yield, quality improvement initiatives through engineering data analysis.
9. Perform Agile submissions for new part setup, BOM (Build of Material) creation and updates, Routing approvals
10. Uphold 5S practices in the Product Engineering Samples Lab to ensure organization, safety, and efficiency.
11. Perform PR/PO submission.
    

Diploma / Certificate in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics).

Basic understanding of power semiconductor products (Mosfet, IGBT, Diode).

Competent in MS Office, Statistical data analysis tool like Minitab or JMP, and BI tool like Tableau or Power BI.

Familiar with PowerTech tester and test program.

5+ years experience in manufacturing, testing, or engineering environment preferred.

Fresh graduates with strong technical aptitude are encouraged to apply.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Good problem‑solving and troubleshooting skills.

Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Good communication (able to speak and write in English) and reporting skills.

Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies or processes.
