Roles & Responsibilities

Key Accountabilities:

Involvement in vehicle navigation and project commissioning, testing, and troubleshooting
On-site hardware and software troubleshooting
Work closely with the customer’s engineering team to provide technical consultation and on- and off-site support
Advise customers/dealers for all warranty issues
Conduct technical investigation and ensure prompt closure
Review technical challenges and propose suitable technical solutions
Liaise with factory central support team to address product support issues
Provide technical training to dealers/customers
Provide technical training to internal technical staff
Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by superior

Requirements

Education & Experience

Degree in Electrical / Mechanical / Mechatronic Engineering, or
Diploma in Engineering field with 10 years of working experience

Skills & Competencies

At least 1 years of hands-on experience with handling equipment ( forklifts, crane, lifting equipment, rotating equipment, conveyor belts, machinery
Good knowledge in high voltage systems, engines, transmissions, hydraulics, and electrical systems
Background in Control Systems and/or Mechatronics or AVG is a plus
Team player with strong problem-solving skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Must be independent and possess initiative
Able to work closely with internal stakeholders and provide technical support
Willingness to travel is required
