
We’re looking for an experienced Product & Systems Trainer & Onboarding Manager to join our award-winning Professional Services team. Reporting to the Head of Sales Operations, you’ll lead the training, education, and administration of internal systems and 3rd-party products, ensuring consistent adoption across the business. You’ll also oversee onboarding programs for new team members, setting them up for success from day one.
Our team was recently recognised with Training & Education Program of the Year at the REB (Real Estate Business) Awards, reflecting our commitment to learning and development. This role is primarily based on the Upper and Lower North Shore, with flexibility to travel as required.
