Product Sustaining Technician
This is a hands-on role focused on supporting engineering investigations across existing product portfolios. You will work closely with engineers to carry out testing, fault finding, and data collection, helping to identify root causes and validate solutions.
The role suits someone who enjoys analytical thinking, problem solving, and understanding not just what failed, but why. Many investigations involve following evidence, challenging assumptions, applying structured problem-solving techniques such as 5 Whys and root cause analysis, and building a clear technical understanding of complex issues
