Boeing is looking for a Product Support Supply Chain Manager to support our team in Warner Robins, GA

The Manager will be an integral member of the C17 Supply Chain Planning - Asset Management Team. Provides oversight and management of supply and demand, schedules, demand planning, financial performance, implement policies and procedures and set operational goals. Acquire resources for projects and processes, provide technical management of suppliers and leads process improvements. Develop and maintain relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports. Provide vision, oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of Supply Chain Specialists responsible for Supply Support of USAF spares inventory
  • Execute projects and develop processes in line with business objectives and goals
  • Manage health of supply to ensure contractual performance is met
  • Mitigate risks and issues
  • Lead weekly staff meetings, flow down upper management initiatives, inspire and energize team for success following business values
  • Provide oversight into the development of repair and consumables plans based on technical data interpretations, and get-well dates as deliverable to customers
  • Build sustained relationships with customers, leadership, employees and peers
  • Mentor and coach team members to help team achieve their career goals and objectives
  • Act as a role model demonstrating strong seek, speak and listen skills and inclusion

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 3+ years’ experience in Supply Chain/Demand Planning
  • Experience in a role requiring strategic planning (project/program management)
  • Candidates must have at least one year of experience in a leadership role (team leader, temp manager, large scale cross functional project/program management, or formal manager experience) OR have completed the Boeing internal course “Exploring Leadership.”
  • Ability to travel domestically 10% of the time

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher
  • Experience with Supply Chain Management

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

pay range: $114,750 - $155,250
