The Job’s Mission
At Stryker, we’re looking for a Product Support Specialist to join our Joint Replacement division, supporting both traditional and robotic-assisted (Mako) procedures.
This is a hands-on, field-based clinical role where you will work directly in the operating room, supporting surgeons and healthcare professionals to deliver best-in-class outcomes. You will play a key role in ensuring procedural excellence, driving adoption of advanced technologies, and supporting the growth of our business in Southern Italy, with a strong focus on Sicily.

What You Will Do
Provide on-site clinical support in the operating room during joint replacement procedures (manual and Mako robotic-assisted)
Deliver product training to surgeons, theatre staff, and broader healthcare professionals
Support and grow relationships with existing and new customers, ensuring a high level of service
Partner closely with the sales team and Regional Sales Manager to execute local strategy
Manage consignment stock and theatre inventory, ensuring accurate tracking and availability
Lead and support product evaluations, trials, and clinical events
Organize and deliver training sessions, workshops, and product demonstrations
Act as a trusted advisor, communicating product value and clinical application effectively
Monitor customer needs and collaborate with sales to identify new business opportunities
Maintain a structured approach to your territory through daily, weekly, and monthly planning
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in a scientific, medical, or technical field
At least 4+ years of experience in healthcare
Experience in orthopaedics
Fluent Italian (C2) and strong English (minimum B2)
Willingness to travel extensively, including frequent flights
Preferred Experience
Experience with orthopaedic implants or joint replacement
Previous exposure to operating room dynamics
Experience in regulated environments (e.g., tenders)
Commercial mindset or prior exposure to sales environments
