1. 售前技術推廣與標案支援 (Pre-sales & Commercial Support)

• 擔任放射腫瘤解決方案的「臨床顧問」，與銷售團隊協作，深入分析並評估潛在客戶（包含放射腫瘤科醫師、醫學物理師、醫院高層與 IT 採購人員）的技術與臨床需求。

• 針對不同層級的利害關係人，策劃並執行具說服力的產品展示 (Product Demo) 與技術簡報。

• 支援標案運作，協助解析臨床需求書 (RFP/RFQ)，參與制定防禦性技術規格與解決方案提案 (Proposals)。

• 參與國內外醫學研討會與展會 (Trade Shows)，協助推廣 Varian 產品價值與最新技術。

• 熟悉藍表(BlueSheet)實操細節，包含人脈培養、資訊獲取及判斷、提供觀點等等，綜合判斷提供策略想法。

2. 臨床系統配置與導入 (Clinical Configuration & Implementation)

• 協助客戶進行放療軟硬體系統的架構規劃與端到端 (End-to-End) 的臨床工作流程設定。

• 針對新產品導入 (New Product Introduction, NPI)，協助醫院端順利過渡。

3. 高階技術支援與跨部門協作 (Advanced Support & Cross-functional Collaboration)

• 擔任高階問題分析解決者，針對放射腫瘤臨床情境中的複雜應用問題（如影像導引、計畫優化、工作流程中斷等）提供解決方案或排除建議。

• 作為「客戶之聲 (Voice of the Customer)」，收集並彙整臨床使用者的回饋，與全球產品管理 (Product Management)、研發與技術服務團隊緊密協作，優化產品設計與服務流程。
