Job Description

Ziegler CAT is seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Product Support Sales Coordinator to join our Power Systems team. In this role, you will provide administrative, sales, and operational support to Product Support Sales Representatives (PSSRs) and the Product Support Sales Supervisor. The Product Support Sales Coordinator plays a key role in supporting customer relationships, coordinating National Accounts with Caterpillar dealers across the country, managing Customer Value Agreements (CVAs), maintaining customer and equipment records, and ensuring timely service scheduling and invoicing. This position serves as a critical liaison between customers, PSSRs, field service teams, Caterpillar dealers, and internal departments.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Create, maintain, modify, close, and invoice Customer Value Agreements (CVAs).
  • Coordinate National Account activities with Caterpillar dealers nationwide, including generating purchase orders, scheduling services, collecting inspection reports, and reviewing invoices.
  • Maintain accurate customer, equipment, and service information within CRM systems, Cat Foresight, customer portals, and other business applications.
  • Document service agreements and support contract administration activities.
  • Assist with Watchguard Letter Contract creation, updates, and maintenance.
  • Collaborate with Product Support Sales Representatives, Service teams, Dealer representatives, and internal departments to ensure customer needs are met.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for PSSRs, Caterpillar dealers, field service dispatchers, and customers by responding to inquiries professionally and promptly.
  • Monitor and manage accounts receivable performance for assigned strategic accounts.
  • Support Industrial Product Support Sales activities, including registering Industrial Engine ESCs in Quote Plus and invoicing OEM customers as needed.
  • Demonstrate professionalism, integrity, and a commitment to customer satisfaction while supporting a safe and positive work environment.
  • Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications Required

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • 1–3 years of customer service, administrative support, account coordination, or related experience.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and other business software.
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and customer-focused mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

The pay range for this position is

$26.85 to $32.21

Starting wage is dependent on skills, experience, education and location. Pay range may vary by 10% depending upon the applicant’s location. Along with competitive pay, full time positions are benefits eligible which includes:
