Product Support Representative – Aviation Digital Solutions

About the Opportunity

TalentUp Consulting is supporting a global aviation technology organisation with the appointment of a Japanese-speaking Product Support Representative based in Bangkok.

This role sits at the intersection of airline crew planning, aviation software and customer support You will work directly with airline customers, helping them implement and use digital crew planning solutions, resolve application and operational issues, and coordinate with technical and product teams.

What You Will Be Doing

• Support the implementation and ongoing use of crew planning digital solutions
• Understand customer workflows, operational requirements and system needs
• Support configuration, data preparation, testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Deliver customer training and support users during implementation and after go-live
• Investigate application and operational issues and coordinate their resolution
• Manage customer queries, support tickets and follow-up activities
• Act as a bridge between airline customers and internal product and technical teams
• Gather customer feedback and identify opportunities to improve products and support processes

What We Are Looking For

We are interested in candidates with experience across airline crew planning, crew management systems, aviation software or airline operational applications

Ideally, you will bring:

• Around four or more years of airline crew planning or closely related experience
• Understanding of crew planning, scheduling, rostering or crew management workflows
• Experience working with airline applications, systems or digital products
• Customer-facing, implementation, application support or troubleshooting experience
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Fluent Japanese and English communication skills

Experience with aviation software implementation, SaaS products, flight operations systems, databases, application troubleshooting or technical support would be an advantage.
