What you will do:

Provides support for dealer specific product or service development.

Responsibilities
• Prioritizes development activities with dealers and accesses resources to support.
• Ensure adequate capability and capacity are in place at the dealers to deliver services growth.
• Cultivating and maintaining ongoing customer relationships.
• Developing in-depth knowledge of organizational products and programs, as well as capabilities of team members within the department.

• Enhance dealer performance in parts and service operations by implementing the Differentiated Dealer Capabilities program.

• Implement the Service Commitment Program across all dealer service territory.

Skills:

Communicating Complex Concepts; Knowledge of effective presentation tools and techniques to ensure clear understanding; ability to use summarization and simplification techniques to explain complex technical concepts in simple, clear language appropriate to the audience.

Effective Communications; Understanding of effective communication concepts, tools, and techniques; ability to effectively transmit, receive, and accurately interpret ideas, information, and needs through the application of appropriate communication behaviors.

Managing Multiple Priorities; Knowledge of effective self-management practices; ability to manage multiple concurrent objectives, projects, groups, or activities, making effective judgments as to prioritizing and time allocation.

Strategic Thinking; Knowledge of the importance of “big picture” thinking and planning; ability to apply organizational acumen and competitiveness to identify and maintain focus on key success factors.

Influencing Through Expertise; Knowledge of effective influencing tactics and strategies; ability to use these to deepen expertise and impact or challenge decisions within and outside the organization.

What You Have:

Bachelor’s degree

Advanced English

Previous experience with commercial and product support strategy and contact with dealers.

Top candidates will also have:

Fluent English.

Travel required: > 50% of the time.

Note: This position requires the candidate to work onsite five days a week.
