Mustang Cat is urgently hiring for a Service Operations Manager in Lufkin, Texas to supervise the Parts, Sales, and Service of Caterpillar industrial equipment and power systems. The Service Operations Manager is responsible for leadership and management over Mustang Cat's Lufkin branch location.

Service Operations Manager Position Requirements:
• Supervise Parts, Sales, and Service of Caterpillar industrial equipment and power systems
• Managing facility budgets (GP, PAD, expenses, and WIP)
• Perform all employee Performance Reviews and Merit Increases
• Branch staffing and employee relations
• Maintain employee engagement and a productive work environment
• Represent Mustang in a professional manner in and away from the office
• Ensure exceptional customer service and support are provided by all Mustang Cat branch employees
As the Service Operations Manager, you will manage, supervise and perform all duties associated with the day-to-day operations of the Mustang Cat Lufkin branch location.

Service Operations Manager Position Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree majoring in business, industrial, or mechanically related field
• Working knowledge of Parts, Sales, and Service of Caterpillar industrial equipment and power systems
• Will consider previous work and management experience in lieu of educational requirements
• Minimum of 5 years of demonstrated management experience and proven leadership ability
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
• Be able to motivate and be a part of a team
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to deal with and relate to customers and their needs
• Excellent computer skills, with experience using all Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and other Database systems
