Boeing Global Services (BGS) is currently hiring for a broad range of experience levels including Entry and Associate-Level Product Support Engineers to join the C-32/C-40 Service Engineering Team, based out of Oklahoma City, OK

The C-32/C-40 Service Engineering Team has responsibility to review and evaluate Service Literature (Boeing Service Letters, Airworthiness Directives, third-party service items, etc.) and recommend courses of action to the Customer to ensure the C-32/C-40 fleet’s continued airworthiness and reliability.

The team is responsible for reviewing a high volume of Service Literature to determine applicability to the fleet and ensure compliance with mandated maintenance actions.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Ability to work onsite 5 days a week.

  • Applies basic engineering technical standards, principles, theories, concepts and techniques to support product support engineering and analysis to ensure supportability, sustainability, reliability, maintainability and operability of products and services throughout its lifecycle.

  • Assists with defining, evaluating and maintaining engineering supportability, maintainability, and operability requirements for products, systems and programs.

  • Supports data analysis to produce support, flight operation and maintenance equipment requirements.

  • Assists with engineering changes based on customer requirements and proposed program changes.

  • Supports planning, researching, developing, analyzing, and designing modification and repair solutions that comply with customer, regulatory, Safety and company requirements.

  • Assists with providing engineering and on-site technical assistance to customer’s products including ground support equipment, training devices, training facilities and maintenance facilities.

  • Assists with proposal development.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology (including Manufacturing Technology), Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry or non-US equivalent qualifications directly related to the work statement

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • 1+ years of higher education and/or related work experience. (Higher education includes college, university, technical school, licensing/certification programs, etc.)

  • Ability to read, understand, and communicate instructions for inspection and/or modification of aircraft components to maintain fleet compliance with Service Literature

  • Ability to write and present recommendations to the Customer for accomplishment of actions related to Service Literature

  • Familiarity with engineering drawings or other technical illustrations

  • Demonstrated organizational skills to synthesize information from many sources into a single product

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Pay range Entry Level (Level 1): $66,300 - $89,700

Pay range Associate Level (Level 2): $79,050- $106,950
