Opportunity Overview

Product Support Engineer is a customer-facing technical role that supports the successful deployment of TeradyneRobotics solutions across LATAM This position partners with sales teams, distributors, integrators, and customers to identify automation opportunities, validate technical solutions, support implementation, and deliver post-sales service for the Universal Robots and Mobile Industrial Robots portfolio.

  • Identifies automation opportunities and supports solution validation
  • Help drive successful implementation and post-sales support
  • Supports the Universal Robots and Mobile Industrial Robots portfolio

Minimum Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics, Electrical, Mechanical, Robotics, or related field OR equivalent experience in robotics or industrial automation.
  • English proficiency.
  • 3+ years of experience in robotics, industrial automation, application engineering,
  • technical support, or system integration.
  • Experience diagnosing and troubleshooting robotic or automation applications.
  • Strong understanding of industrial automation systems, robotic integrations, and
  • manufacturing processes.
  • Ability to support technical cases, service diagnostics, and warranty-related technical
  • assessments.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical topics clearly to customers, partners, and
  • internal teams.
  • Travel Requirement: Extensive travel across LATAM (approximately 60–80% of the time)

Preferred Job requirements:

  • Experience working with collaborative robots or autonomous mobile robots.
  • Experience supporting system integrators, distributors, or automation partners.
  • Knowledge of industrial communication protocols, sensors, vision systems, or PLC integration.
  • Experience conducting technical workshops, demos, or automation training sessions.
