  • Define and execute go-to-market strategies and customer segmentation, incorporating market feedback and feature gaps
  • Identify growth opportunities and develop initiatives together with regional teams and HQ to unlock potential and remove blockers
  • Monitor and report on pipeline creation, velocity, and conversion, partnering with HQ and regional roles to remove roadblocks
  • Work closely with regional Product Sales Experts (PSE) and Customer Success Executives (CSE) to align quarterly and yearly priorities and growth initiatives
  • Keep regional teams informed about major product features and new releases to strengthen client-facing solution offerings
  • Partner with Product Analysts to analyze regional product pipelines and define actions to close gaps and achieve targets
  • Participate in key customer meetings and support Account Executives, Customer Growth Executives, and Customer Success Executives when needed
  • Collaborate with Marketing to highlight product wins, build social proof, and amplify market impact

What makes you a strong fit

  • Bachelor’s or master's degree in business, technical, or a related field
  • 3–5 years of relevant experience in product success, sales enablement, or a similar role

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders
  • Proactive and critical thinker, comfortable adapting to changing business challenges
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office tools, especially Excel
  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written
