In this role, you lead all Product Managers across levels and pods, set strategic direction for the product portfolio, and partner with executive leadership to translate firm strategy into a coherent, outcome-driven product roadmap. • Lead, develop, and manage Product Managers, including hiring, structure, performance management, and career development
  • Establish and govern the product management operating model, including roles, decision rights, standards, and ways of working
  • Own portfolio-level prioritization and investment decisions, balancing business value, risk, and capacity
  • Partner with executive leadership to align firm strategy, business priorities, and product outcomes
  • Ensure consistent product discovery, delivery, and measurement practices across pods and regions
  • Oversee product portfolio performance, including progress against outcomes, value realization, and risk
  • Drive alignment and dependency management across products, platforms, and shared capabilities
  • Represent Product Strategy in executive forums, providing clear recommendations and tradeoff decisions
  • Operate effectively within a global delivery model, scaling product strategy across regions and teams

  • Establishing firm‑level vision and strategic direction for data and model‑enabled products, ensuring analytics, models, and insights are foundational to enterprise product strategy and long‑term business outcomes
  • Defining and governing firm‑wide standards for data and model quality, consistency, reuse, and scalability, in partnership with Data Science, Architecture, Risk, and Technology leadership
  • Owning the enterprise approach to model lifecycle management—including development, validation, deployment, monitoring, retraining, and regression testing—ensuring practices are consistently applied across product portfolios and aligned to risk, compliance, and governance expectations
  • Enabling and holding product leadership accountable for translating business strategy into scalable data and model requirements, success metrics, and quality thresholds, and for incorporating model performance, risk, and ethical considerations into executive‑level product investment and prioritization decisions

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (MBA or advanced degree preferred)
  • 15+ years of experience in product management, product strategy, or related leadership roles
  • Demonstrated experience leading enterprise product strategy and managing large product portfolios
  • Proven experience building and leading senior Product Management organizations
  • Strong ability to make portfolio-level tradeoff decisions and influence executive stakeholders
  • Experience defining operating models, governance, and decision frameworks for product organizations
  • Excellent strategic thinking, judgment, and executive communication skills
