We’re looking for a commercially savvy Product Strategy Manager to lead product strategy for Australia during a 12‑month parental leave cover. This role is ideal for someone who can sit comfortably between business and product understanding market and commercial priorities, then translating them into clear product strategy that teams can execute.

What you’ll be doing

  • Own and drive a clear, AU‑focused product strategy aligned to business objectives and
    global priorities
  • Translate business goals, market opportunities and customer needs into product direction,
    priorities and trade‑offs
  • Prioritise strategic initiatives using commercial insight, usage data, customer feedback,
    market trends and competitive analysis
  • Partner closely with Engineering, Design, Marketing, Sales, CX and CS to ensure
    alignment and strong execution
  • Collaborate with regional and global Product Strategy leaders to align on shared goals and
    dependencies
  • Tell a compelling product story through business updates, showcases and forums
  • Stay close to customers through interviews, surveys, user groups and internal
    stakeholders to validate assumptions
  • Monitor market and competitor activity in partnership with Product Marketing
  • Define and track meaningful product metrics to guide decision‑making and iteration

What we’re looking for

This role is strongly commercial. You’ll bring:

  • Strong commercial acumen with a clear understanding of how product strategy supports
    revenue, growth, retention and competitive advantage
  • A proven ability to translate business and market needs into clear product strategy and priorities
  • 3+ years’ experience in product management or product strategy roles
  • Experience bringing B2B SaaS products to market and evolving them over time
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills
  • Familiarity with modern product practices such as Agile, Scrum or Kanban
