We are looking for entrepreneurial spirits to join our Monetization Strategy team. You will have a ground floor opportunity to shape monetization efforts for TikTok. In this role, you will partner with cross-functional leaders to assess performance and plan for the future.
The Monetization Strategy & Operations organization provides business-critical insights using analysis and financial modeling, ensures cross-functional alignment of goals and execution, and helps teams drive strategic initiatives forward. We stay focused on aligning the highest-level company priorities with effective day-to-day operations, and help evolve early-stage ideas into future-growth initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify long-term monetization opportunities and trends in digital advertising
- Collaborate with product management and engineering teams to develop monetization strategies for all major ad products, including ad creatives, ad measurement, and all major branding and performance product lines
- Analyze internal and external factors that impact monetization, such as market trends, competitive landscape, to inform strategic decision-making
- Monitor revenue performance and make recommendations for adjustments or improvements to drive revenue growth
- Partner with cross-functional teams to execute on monetization strategies and achieve revenue targets
- Provide thought leadership on industry trends and emerging monetization opportunities in digital advertising
