Job Description
The Marketing Science Measurement team is responsible for interpreting the performance of advertising on our platform. We work with advertisers to optimize their activity on the platform and build meaningful connections that help drive behavior change.
We are looking for a Strategy Operations Associate to join the Global Measurement Product Strategy and Operations team in the New York office. The ideal candidate will have a robust analytical background supported by an equivalent degree, experience in data-driven roles within strategy or operations.
Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning and PMO
- Lead PMO governance for high-impact Measurement initiatives, driving cross-functional coordination, executive alignment, and milestone management across regional Measurement, Product Strategy & Operations, Sales, and Data Science teams
- Establish and operationalize scalable PMO processes, including program reviews, tracking, risk management, dependency mapping, and stakeholder communication to ensure timely delivery against strategic priorities
- Own end-to-end program management for complex, cross-functional initiatives in a fast-paced environment, ensuring clear accountability, execution visibility, and alignment across teams
Leadership Reporting & Visualization
- Develop executive-level dashboards and reporting using tools such as SQL, Tableau, and Power BI.
- Create intuitive visualizations and storytelling frameworks that drive decision-making across leadership and cross-functional teams
Advanced Analytics & Insights
- Experience in Applied Analytics, for example statistical modelling (regression/bayesian analysis for marketing effectiveness, causal testing, design lift experiments, incrementality testing)
- Analyze large-scale datasets to uncover performance drivers across advertising ROI, sales and brand effectiveness
- Build analytical solutions from scratch and establish best practices for data analysis and measurement.
