Our reliable technology and 75+ integrations help them create unparalleled customer experiences, without the usual tech headaches.
We recently exceeded 200m ARR and reached a major milestone by becoming a Unicorn, backed by strong growth and global expansion - and we’re just getting started!

As Product Strategist, you hold a central role at the intersection of all the Business Units at Brevo, working hand in hand with cross-functional leadership (CPO, CRO, CMO, Head of Business Lines, Head of Product…).

Your mission is to facilitate and influence roadmap decisions that maximize business impact for the whole company, balancing short-term revenue pressure, competing Business Unit priorities, and long-term strategic positioning without being captured by any single team's agenda.

Your Impact at Brevo:

  • Ensure product decisions consistently reflect company strategy and maximize business impact
  • Make trade-offs explicit and align cross-functional leadership (Product, Sales, Marketing, Finance)
  • Assess actual effort allocation vs. expected impact across customer segments
  • Challenge the organisation when execution drifts from strategic intent
  • Build deep understanding of customer needs across segments, verticals, and use cases
  • Keep feedback loops between field teams and product short and actionable
  • Monitor competitor moves and identify whitespace opportunities
  • Translate market and customer signals into clear strategic recommendations
  • Prepare decision-ready materials and facilitate alignment across leadership
  • Champion data-driven decision-making and AI tools within the Product team

Who you are:

  • 5+ years of experience in product management, management consulting, or a strategic role within a B2B SaaS company. MarTech is a strong plus.
  • Fluent in English and French
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to connect product decisions to revenue, retention, and growth outcomes
  • Proven ability to translate ambiguous strategic questions into structured analysis and clear recommendations
  • Strong command of business impact modeling, roadmap prioritization frameworks, and OKR methodologies
  • Excellent communication skills, able to influence senior stakeholders without direct authority
  • Genuine curiosity and enthusiasm for AI, both as a product dimension and as a way to work more effectively
  • Comfort working with data (Amplitude, Omni, SQL a plus) to support strategic arguments
