Job Description

• Pre- and Post-Sales Support:Provide comprehensive technical and operational support to the sales team and customers. This includes assisting with product inquiries, facilitating product training, and resolving post-sales technical issues to ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Factory Communication:Act as the primary liaison between the product team and manufacturing facilities. Coordinate production schedules, track order statuses, and communicate any technical or quality-related feedback to ensure timely and accurate product delivery.
• Project Management:Lead and coordinate cross-functional projects from initiation to completion. Define project scope, manage timelines, allocate resources, and monitor progress to ensure all milestones are met efficiently and within budget.
• External Innovation Collaboration (OI):Identify and evaluate opportunities for external innovation. Build and maintain relationships with external partners, research institutions, or technology providers to foster collaborative projects that drive product innovation and business growth.
