Your new role

As a Product Specialist, you'll be at the forefront of healthcare transformation in your territory. You'll engage directly with healthcare professionals, introducing them to the benefits and features of Novo Nordisk's cardiometabolic portfolio while building relationships that ultimately impact patient outcomes.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Developing and executing a comprehensive territory business plan in collaboration with your manager, marketing, and cross-functional colleagues to drive performance and achieve both financial and non-financial targets
• Building and maintaining detailed customer insights and market intelligence, ensuring all information is accurately reported in company systems on time
• Serving as a trusted advisor to healthcare professionals on disease management and product knowledge, particularly in the cardiometabolic space
• Actively participating in exhibitions, symposiums, and congresses to increase awareness, strengthen customer relationships, and position Novo Nordisk as a leader in cardiometabolic care
• Leveraging your territory expertise to identify opportunities and implement strategic action plans that deliver results

Your new department

You'll join the cardiometabolic sales team in Novo Nordisk Indonesia – a highly motivated group passionate about transforming care for patients living with diabetes, cardiovascular disease, and related conditions. Working in close collaboration with internal stakeholders, we educate healthcare professionals not just on our products, but more importantly on disease management and patient-centered care. We help them make the right choices for their patients through relationships built on mutual respect, honesty, and business ethics. Our team thrives on execution, leadership, trust, and accountability as we work together to deliver life-changing impact.

Your skills and qualifications

We're looking for a driven Product Specialist who thrives in a dynamic healthcare environment and is passionate about making a difference.

You'll bring:

• A minimum of an associate's degree with a strong interest and aptitude for sales, combined with excellent territory management skills and a track record of achieving targets
• At least 2 years of sales experience within a pharmaceutical company (preferably multinational), with solid knowledge covering all channel in Tegal
• Expertise or strong knowledge of therapeutic areas requiring conceptual understanding such as obesity, diabetes, and cardiovascular disease
• The ability to communicate complex product information clearly and compellingly to diverse healthcare stakeholders
• Strong ethical conduct, high self-motivation, and a demonstrated ability to influence and build trust

Please note: This is a contract position for a duration of 5 months.
