About the Client

Our client is an established medical-device distributor in Kuwait and the GCC.

About the Role

• Grow surgical product sales across government and private hospitals.
• Build relationships with general surgeons, hernia surgeons, key opinion leaders and operating-room teams.
• Provide technical and clinical support during procedures and product evaluations.
• Develop the market for advanced hernia and soft-tissue reinforcement solutions.
• Identify opportunities to convert accounts from competing products.
• Organize product demonstrations, evaluations, workshops and physician education.
• Support tender specifications and new-product introductions.
• Achieve sales targets and develop hospital-specific account plans.
• Monitor competitors and market developments.

About You

• Experience selling hernia mesh, surgical mesh, sutures, fixation devices, surgical glues, sealants or related operating-room products is highly desirable.
• Existing relationships with general and hernia surgeons are a strong advantage.
• Strong clinical knowledge combined with commercial skills.
• A relevant healthcare or scientific degree.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Kuwait market experience is preferred.
• Ability to build credibility as a trusted clinical partner to surgeons.
