The role

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Product Specialist to join our Gastrointestinal (GI) division This is a unique opportunity to work with cutting-edge medical technologies, build relationships with healthcare professionals, and make a meaningful impact in the healthcare industry.

The role of a Product Specialist - Surgical GI is to actively promote, educate and support the adoption of the specified portfolio of Endotherapeutics products.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Drive sales growth and achieve targets within the Surgical GI division
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, including gastroenterologists, surgeons, and hospital staff
  • Provide product education, in-service training, and technical support to customers.
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to maximise territory performance
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure exceptional customer support

Territory QLD North (Brisbane North, North Metro, Sunshine Coast, Greater North
& Regional North)

About you

  • 2+ years in medical device or healthcare sales
  • Theatre experience is essential (nursing or surgical background highly regarded)
  • Confident communicator who can hold a room with surgeons and clinical staff
  • Self-starter with strong territory planning and time management skills
  • Proficient in CRM tools (Salesforce experience a plus)
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is desirable
  • Tenacious, team-oriented and open to feedback
