About the role

The Product Specialist will drive sales growth and provide expert clinical support for BD’s Specimen Management portfolio. This role is crucial for fostering strong customer relationships, ensuring product adoption, and contributing to improved patient outcomes across Riyadh and the Central region.

Location: Riyadh

Main responsibilities will include:

  • Achieve sales targets and drive growth within the assigned territory

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to expand market share and identify new opportunities

  • Deliver product demonstrations, presentations, and clinical training to healthcare professionals

  • Provide ongoing clinical support, including troubleshooting and technical guidance

  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders (KOLs, procurement, clinicians)

  • Monitor market trends and customer needs, sharing insights with internal teams

  • Collaborate cross-functionally (marketing, technical support, customer service) to enhance customer experience

  • Represent BD at conferences, workshops, and industry events

  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts, reports, and administrative documentation

  • Ensure full compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards

About you

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant scientific/medical field (e.g., Biomedical Engineering, Nursing, Pharmacy)

  • Previous nursing or laboratory background is highly desirable

  • 3–5 years of experience in medical device sales, with clinical exposure preferred

  • Strong knowledge of the Saudi healthcare market and regulatory environment

  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth

  • Solid clinical understanding relevant to BD products and applications

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
