Product Specialist promotes and supports the joint replacement portfolio, including hip, knee, and robotic-assisted orthopedic solutions. The role combines clinical support, sales execution, surgeon education, and operating room assistance to drive product adoption and business growth.
The role works closely with surgeons, hospitals administrators, distributors, and internal key stakeholders to ensure strong clinical and commercial outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve assigned sales targets and territory objectives.
- Develop territory plans and identify growth opportunities.
- Grow market share in assigned accounts.
- Account management: acquire new customers and maintain existing relationships
- Identify and convert new business opportunities while expanding existing accounts.
- Become a SME (Subject Matter Expert) of company's products to support the surgery and customer education.
- Collaborate with marketing and clinical teams to execute educational programs and promotional activities.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts, maintain CRM records, and submit timely business reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and healthcare industry regulations in all commercial activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Biomedical Engineering, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or related field.
- 2–5 years of medical device or healthcare sales experience (orthopedics preferred).
- English proficiency and OR support experience is an advantage.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Willingness to work in operating rooms and travel.
