Mazda of St Augustine is seeking Product Specialist(s) to join the team! The Product Specialist is a customer service master who is trained in Mazda’s advanced technology to educate customers on available products. Product Specialists are meant to inform, instruct and delight our customers throughout the sales process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Communicate in non-technical terms with customers who may have very little technical knowledge.
• Provide excellent customer service by understanding their needs and directing them appropriately within the dealership
• Follow up on leads and maintain accurate records of customer interactions
• Offer a positive and flexible approach to every customer interaction
• Maintain an organized and enthusiastic work environment

Qualifications:

• Previous car sales experience is a plus but not required
• Professional attitude with confidence in customer interactions
• Strong customer service skills and phone etiquette
• Basic computer skills and ability to follow processes
• Self-motivated with excellent time management
• Ability to listen actively and provide exceptional customer experiences
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment
• Must be willing to work Saturdays and some Sundays
