This role suits seasoned medical sales professionals who are comfortable navigating the capital equipment sales cycle, as well as those with experience in Orthopaedics, Sports Medicine, General Surgery, or High‑Value Consumables who are ready to take the next step in their career. You’ll lead medium‑term capital sales initiatives and collaborate closely with hospital C‑Suite leaders and specialist surgeons to drive strategic outcomes.

About the Role

Reporting to the National Imaging & Resection Sales Manager, you will deliver outstanding service and tailored solutions to a diverse range of Hospital C-Suite, Specialist Surgeons, Operating Room Nurses, and other key hospital stakeholders. Your contribution will drive the growth and adoption of our Imaging & Resection product portfolio throughout New South Wales.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Identifying customer needs and optimising on opportunities including generating leads and presenting product information
  • Developing and implementing strategic territory sales and performance plans
  • Attending cases and providing technical support during surgical procedures
  • Facilitating product trials and evaluations and delivering in-service training
  • Developing effective relationships with key opinion leaders in both clinical and purchasing areas

About the Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years hospital sales experience in a similar portfolio - Capital Sales of Surgical Camera Systems, General Surgery, Sports Medicine, Arthroscopy preferred
  • Proven track record of sales achievements, and a deep understanding of complex sales cycles within the hospital system
  • Customer solutions focussed and strategic for a long-term win
  • Resilient and results driven, with exceptional relationship skills
  • Excellent communication, time management and good attention to detail
