Define, prioritize, and deliver impactful product features aligned with mission objectives
Develop detailed product roadmaps with clear milestones
Research trends in charitable technology to identify innovation opportunities
Conduct user research and testing to uncover pain points and opportunities
Create personas and journey maps to inform user-first development
Champion exceptional user experience throughout the product lifecycle
Translate user needs and goals into technical specs and user stories
Work closely with developers and designers to bring ideas to life
Prioritize product features based on user impact and organizational value
Partner with development, design, analytics, and operations teams
Align product vision with internal stakeholders and platform needs
Ensure seamless integration across web, mobile, and backend systems
Define and track KPIs to assess product success
Analyze user behavior and engagement to guide optimization
Report insights to inform continuous improvement
Lead planning and execution of product and feature rollouts
Develop training and documentation for internal adoption
Gather feedback and implement updates for long-term success
Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, IT, or related field
3+ years in product management or product ownership
Proven ability to transform user feedback into technical requirements
Experience in nonprofit, charity, or social impact sectors
Understanding of donor management systems or CRM tools
Product certifications (e.g., Pragmatic, AIPMM, or equivalent)
Background in usability testing and user research
Comfort with product analytics platforms and data visualization tools
Strategic thinker with a user-centered design mindset
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
