Shape the market. Grow the business. Build your career with Siemens.
Are you ready to take ownership of a growing portfolio, influence the market and make a real impact on the future of electrification?
Siemens is looking for an ambitious and commercially minded Product Specialist & Growth Lead to drive the growth and development of our Medium Voltage (MV) Switchgear and Solutions portfolio across Australia.
This is more than a traditional product role. You’ll sit at the intersection of product management, market strategy, customers, sales and technology, identifying opportunities and turning market insights into growth.
You’ll become a trusted expert for the MV portfolio, working across the Australian business, and with global teams, to understand where the market is heading, where customers need us to innovate and where Siemens can grow.
What you’ll be doing
A role with real influence
This is an opportunity to have a genuine impact on how Siemens takes its MV portfolio to market. You’ll work closely with customers, sales teams, technical specialists, marketing and global product management, ensuring market needs are understood and translated into commercial opportunities.
You’ll have the freedom to bring ideas forward, influence strategy and help shape the future direction of the portfolio.
Build a career, not just a role
At Siemens, we believe in developing our people and creating opportunities for them to grow.
This role is ideal for someone who is driven, curious and ambitious and wants to build a long-term career within a global technology organisation. You’ll gain broad exposure across product management, market development, sales, customers and leadership, with the opportunity to grow your influence and take on greater responsibility over time.
We’re not simply looking for someone to manage a portfolio. We’re looking for someone who wants to make it their own.
What you’ll bring
We’re looking for someone who combines strong product management capability, commercial thinking and genuine MV expertise. You will have experience within the electrical industry, with a strong understanding of Medium Voltage Switchgear and Solutions, customer applications, market dynamics and emerging technologies. Your background could be in product management, demand generation, market development, technical sales or application engineering. You’ll be confident engaging with customers and senior stakeholders, able to influence across sales, engineering, marketing and global teams, and motivated by identifying opportunities and turning ideas into action. Most importantly, you’ll be proactive, commercially minded and excited by the opportunity to build a long-term career with Siemens.
Why Siemens?
You’ll join a business helping shape the future of electrification, automation and sustainable infrastructure, while being part of a culture that genuinely invests in its people.
We don’t just want you to succeed in this role. We want to help you build what comes next.
If you’re driven, commercially curious and ready to take ownership of a portfolio with significant growth potential, this could be the opportunity to take your career to the next level.
Bring your ambition. We’ll help you build the career to match it.
Diversity & Inclusion
At Siemens, we believe diverse perspectives make us stronger. We’re committed to creating an inclusive workplace where everyone can bring their authentic self, share their ideas and have the opportunity to grow and succeed.
We welcome applications from people of all backgrounds, experiences and perspectives. If you’re excited about this opportunity but don’t meet every requirement, we still encourage you to apply -your unique experience could be exactly what we’re looking for. If you require any reasonable adjustments during the interview process, please let us know.
