Are you passionate about music and excited to help others on their musical journey? Menchey Music, the area's largest family-owned music company, is looking for an enthusiastic full-time Product Specialist to join our Warehouse team at our Operations Center in Hanover, PA. This is a full-time, on-site, hourly position with semi-flexible day shifts Monday through Friday, plus seasonal opportunities for overtime.

About the Role

As our Product Specialist, you'll be the go-to expert for teachers, customers, and fellow employees on accessory pricing, product information, and orders. You'll also manage our ShopMenchey website, keeping products and listings accurate and up to date.

What You'll Do

• Answer pricing and product questions from teachers, customers, and employees, and fulfill their requests
• Manage our online shopping platforms, including product updates and listings on ShopMenchey
• Make sure products are available to fill orders
• Reach out to customers about order issues and use your musical know-how to suggest great alternatives
• Restock accessories for our stores daily
• Create proposals for our school service department
• Schedule short-term rentals and coordinate deliveries
• Other duties as assigned by management

Requirements

• Extensive knowledge of musical instruments and accessories
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills, with a sharp eye for detail
• Great organization and the ability to prioritize your work
• Dependability your team can count on
• Advanced computer skills
• Customer service experience is a plus!
