Job Description

As a Product Specialist in Debt Capital Markets-Sales, you will be a key player in our team, responsible for driving sales and building strong relationships with clients. Your expertise will be instrumental in developing and executing strategies to meet the bank's DCM-Sales objectives. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the bank's growth and success in the capital markets.

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet DCM-Sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
  • Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities, providing insights to the team.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of sales activities and client deliveries.
  • Prepare and present proposals, pitches, and presentations to clients, showcasing our DCM-Sales offerings.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and potential clients.
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure client satisfaction throughout the sales process.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of sales activities and client interactions.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies to promote our DCM-Sales products.
  • Support the team in achieving overall DCM-Sales goals and objectives.
  • A bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a sales role, preferably in the financial services industry.
  • Strong knowledge of debt capital markets, investment banking, and sales strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building a strong client base.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant sales and marketing tools.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying solutions.
  • A self-starter with a results-driven mindset and a passion for sales and client engagement.
