The Opportunity

As a Product Support Specialist for Combines, Front End Equipment (FEE) and Spraying, you will play a critical role in maximising machine performance, uptime and customer success across Australia.
This is a highly visible role that works directly with dealers, customers and internal stakeholders to resolve complex technical issues, drive product improvement, deliver technical expertise and support the future of connected and data-driven agriculture. As technology continues to evolve, you will help dealers and customers adopt new diagnostic capabilities and leverage data insights to improve machine performance and customer outcomes.

What You Will Do

As a Product Support Specialist, you will:
• Lead the development and execution of Product Support Plans for assigned product lines.
• Investigate and resolve complex product and technical issues beyond standard support channels.
• Travel to dealer and customer locations to diagnose equipment concerns and implement solutions.
• Analyse data from DTAC cases, warranty claims, telematics, customer feedback and field reports to identify emerging product issues.
• Support the Non-Conformance Corrective Action (NCCA) process through the development of evidence-based corrective actions.
• Contribute to Product Improvement Programs (PIPs) and product enhancement initiatives.
• Provide advanced technical support to dealers, customers and field teams during critical operating seasons.
• Develop and deliver technical training programs for employees, dealers and customers.
• Support dealers and customers with product optimisation in field environments.
• Act as the voice of the customer by providing feedback on product performance, emerging trends and future requirements.
• Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, field quality and new product development teams to improve customer outcomes.

Education / Experience

Ideally you will have a degree or equivalent related work experience in the following:
• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Technology, or other related fields.
