Product specialist Clinical Croatia

Your role

• Drive annual goals and strengthen Ivoclar's market presence in Croatia
• Build, develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers, dealer representatives and partners
• Organize and actively participate in dental trade exhibitions, congresses and dealer events
• Present and demonstrate our products and providing clinical and product support to customers, universities and opinion leaders
• Prepare regular business and expense reports

Your profile

• Dental education, including commercial knowledge
• Ideally, previous experience in sales or customer-facing roles within the dental industry
• Fluent in Croatian, with good English skills (minimum B1 level)
• Excellent communication, rhetorical and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust, share knowledge in an engaging way and nurture long-term customer relationships
• Independent, self-motivated, structured and well-organized working style
• Active driver with a valid driver’s license and willingness to travel

We offer a gross annual salary starting at EUR 21,500,- on a full-time basis plus attractive bonus model. The salary will be significantly higher depending on prefessional experience and qualifications.
