
Eaton’s PCS division is currently seeking a Product Specialist- Circuit Breakers and OEM Integration to join the Marketing team. This is a hybrid role is based in the Burlington, ON office and offers benefits from day one.

The expected annual salary range for this role is $82000 - $102000 a year. This position is also eligible for a variable incentive program.

The Product Specialist - Circuit Breakers and OEM Integration supports the marketing activities and customer integration of Eaton’s circuit breaker product lines, including: MCCB, MCB, LV, and MV products, for both internal and external customers. Key responsibilities include creating, supporting and implementing value propositions that generate demand for Eaton circuit breakers and OEM components. Key deliverables include developing materials and tools that support product management, the sales organization, channel partners and customers from pre-sales through post-sales. The role requires strong technical product knowledge to facilitate customer integration work, develop customer-specific plans (including aftermarket support), support quotations and pricing and inventory strategies and improve SIOP efficiency through accurate forecasting of market needs for Eaton products.

The ideal candidate has strong commercial, technical and project execution capabilities. You bring strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills, along with a customer-focused mindset and the ability to both collaborate effectively across teams and work independently. You understand demand planning and market drivers in order to translate those insights into accurate forecasting, while recognizing the operational and financial impacts to product line performance. You are detail-oriented and analytical, with strong reporting skills and experience using tools such as Power BI to translate data into actionable business insights.
