Requirements:

• Drive: A passion for cars and an unrelenting drive to succeed.
• Communication Skills: Stellar interpersonal and communication skills are a must. Your ability to connect and communicate with customers by phone, email, and text is key to your success.
• Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using technology and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
• Professionalism: A polished appearance and professional demeanor are essential. You'll be the face of our dealership!
