Main Responsibilities:

主要职责：

• Provide second-level technical support for global customers’ requests to enhance customer satisfaction. 响应全球客户的要求，提供后台技术支持，提高客户满意度。
• Support to Keep tracking competitor’s similar products, regularly provide relevant information and analysis reports. 支持持续追踪竞争对手的类似产品，定期提供相关信息及分析报告
• Technical support to machine assembly and testing in factory. 为工厂机器的组装和测试提供技术支持。
• Responsible for organization and follow-up of customer Site Acceptance Tests (SAT) of prototypes.负责组织和跟进新样机的客户现场验证测试（SAT）。
• Responsible for warranty analysis and processing负责保修索赔分析和处理
• Support front line with product expertise at customer site (technical support, performance optimization, feedback investigations, training…在客户现场用产品专业知识支持一线（技术支持、性能优化、反馈调查、培训……）
• New machine start-up training to Sandvik global front line colleagues and global customers with “customer-friendly language”. 为山特维克全球一线同事及全球客户提供“客户友好语言”的新机器启动培训。
• Collect, clarify, analyze the feedback from factory & customers, report to R&D or other involved department, and follow through up to feedback case resolution or closure. 收集、澄清、分析工厂和客户反馈，向研发或其他相关部门报告，并跟进反馈案例的解决或关闭。
• Facilitate and develop cooperation with other technical support teams. 促进和发展与其他技术支持团队合作.
• Business travel (approx. 35%) and other duties as assigned. 出差（约35%）和分配的其他任务。

Qualifications：

资历要求：

• Bachelor's degree or above in Mechanical Design and Automation, Mining Engineering, Mechatronics or related engineering majors. 机械设计与自动化、采矿工程、机电一体化或相关工程专业本科以上学历
• 5+ years in mining machinery roles (design engineer, product application engineer, technical support, field technical engineer); familiarity with underground mining conditions and equipment application, mining/construction machinery background preferred. 5年以上地下矿山机械工作经验（设计工程师、产品应用工程师、技术支持、现场技术工程师）；熟悉采矿条件和设备应用，有采矿/建筑机械背景者优先。
• Strong underground mining method knowledge and mining machine application experience. 丰富的地下矿山采矿方法知识和矿山机械应用经验。
• Expertise in at least one category of primary mining equipment, including technical specifications and product functionality. 具备至少一类主要采矿设备的专业知识，包括技术规格和产品功能。
• Knowledge and experience of electrical or (and) hydraulic systems are essential. 电气和液压系统的知识和经验至关重要。
• Proficient English in reading and writing and Fluent oral English is essential. 英语读写熟练，口语流利。
• Teamwork abilities, self-oriented and active, systematic, exact and perseverance, truthful and open 较强团队合作能力，自我导向和积极，系统性，严谨和毅力，诚实和开放。
• PC skills including proficiency with MS Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint 电脑技能，包括熟练使用MS Excel、Word、Outlook和PowerPoint

• Strong practical skill, self-starter, work under pressure. 较强的实践能力，主动性强，能承受工作压力。
• Excellent trouble-shooting skills, ability to communication with customers, suppliers 优秀的问题解决，与客户、供应商沟通的能力。
• Experience of working with continuous improvement in large, complex matrix organizations 在大型企业中进行持续改进的经验。
• Willing to travel frequently for mine site visits and strong collaboration with front line teams. 愿意经常出差进行矿场考察，并与一线团队密切合作
• Safety & EHS awareness 强烈的安全意识。
