The Product Specialits is a key contributor to the execution of the commercial strategy and the strengthening of customer relationships. This role serves as the primary point of contact between the organization and healthcare professionals, ensuring the delivery of a high-value customer experience aligned with corporate standards.
Through the development of strong, sustainable, and trust-based relationships, the Sales Representative actively contributes to improved commercial outcomes and business growth. The role focuses on understanding the needs of both customers and patients, providing relevant solutions that positively impact their well-being.

Sales Representative – Transplant Specialist

We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Representative with experience or a strong interest in the transplant area to join our team.

In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by building strong, trust-based relationships with healthcare professionals involved in transplant patient care. You will engage with key stakeholders, including transplant specialists and institutional decision-makers, to understand their needs and deliver tailored, value-driven solutions that improve patient outcomes.

As a Transplant Specialist, you will leverage your understanding of the transplant ecosystem to identify opportunities, influence treatment decisions, and contribute to optimizing the patient journey. You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions, always ensuring compliance with ethical and regulatory standards.

What we are looking for:

  • Experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare sales, ideally in transplant, immunology, nephrology, or specialty care
  • Strong ability to build relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and specialized healthcare professionals
  • Solid understanding of healthcare systems and complex patient management
  • Proven track record in managing strategic accounts and achieving sales targets
  • Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills
  • High ethical standards and strong compliance mindset
  • Intermediate to advanced English proficiency
