Galderma is seeking a dynamic and commercially driven Product Specialist – Neuromodulator to join our Injectable Aesthetics team in Saudi Arabia. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the launch and accelerated growth of a strategic innovation within one of the fastest-growing aesthetics markets in the region.

As Product Specialist, you will be responsible for driving territory performance through high-quality healthcare professional engagement, scientific product promotion, account development, and execution excellence. You will partner closely with cross-functional teams to build strong market presence, unlock customer opportunities, and support sustainable business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute territory plans to achieve sales, coverage, and growth objectives.
  • Build strong relationships with dermatologists, plastic surgeons, and aesthetic practitioners.
  • Deliver compelling scientific discussions and product presentations to healthcare professionals.
  • Identify new business opportunities, drive account penetration, and support customer conversion.
  • Ensure strong launch execution, customer onboarding, and ongoing account development.
  • Gather market intelligence on competitor activity, customer needs, and market dynamics.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Medical, Training, and distributor partners to maximize performance.
  • Maintain accurate reporting, forecasting inputs, and CRM discipline.
  • Ensure full compliance with company policies and local regulatory requirements.

What We Are Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Science, or related discipline.
  • Proven experience in pharmaceutical, medical device, or healthcare field sales.
  • Experience in aesthetics, dermatology, injectables, or specialty care is highly preferred.
  • Strong commercial mindset with the ability to identify and convert opportunities.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Self-motivated, agile, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and territory management capabilities.
