岗位职责：
核心职责：产品线管理
a.产品创新：具有创新思维，带动以技术创新、产品创新、市场创新等创新型产品，拉动市场销售。
b.重点项目：针对市场提出的重点项目，进行定期跟踪，协调研发、应用、销售等部门推动项目成功。
c.产品定价：根据产品策略，确定新增产品价格、调整完善现有产品价格体系。
d.产品优化：根据市场需求优化产品线结构，建立更具竞争力的产品体系。
核心职责：支持业务顺利开展及市场开拓。
a.项目需求审批、跟踪、推动，以及项目流程优化
b.产品推广：针对新品、优势产品、成功产品搭配进行线上、线下多形式的渠道推广
c.市场开拓支持：针对市场需求，配合销售进行客户开拓、现场活动的等支持。
核心职责：效率优化
a.优化产品线，合理管控FGsku，提升生产、运营效率
b.定期/不定期与生产沟通，协助生产优化库存结构，及时处理滞销产品等
岗位要求：
本科以上，化工相关专业，涂料行业从业经验；
5年以上B2B产品管理经验，涂料行业产品管理经验；
具备涂料或建材行业相关知识-较强的沟通能力，有家具漆行业经验优先考虑。
